Ree Drummond is sharing a glimpse of her daughter Paige Drummond's elegant wedding shower!
In a new post on her website blog, the Pioneer Woman star, 56, featured photos and reflections of the happy occasion, which was a couple's shower for both Paige, 25, and her fiancé David Andersen.
"Wedding season is getting closer!" Ree began her message. "This past weekend, Paige and David (and lots of friends and family!) were in town for a party and a shower, and now that the weekend is over, I feel hungover — not from alcoholic beverages, but from the sheer love and romance of it all."
She then joked that with the wedding just two months away, she needed to "get on that rowing machine, man" because "at this point my main goal is to be able to zip my dress."
"😂 Kidding not kidding," she added.

Ree shared that the shower, which was held on Saturday, March 8, was hosted by three of her closest friends.
"The food was amazing, the company was fun, and Baby Sofiawas there to celebrate her aunt... even though she didn't quite know it yet," she wrote to her followers, referring to her granddaughter Sofia, whom Ree's daughter Alex and son-in-law Mauricio Scott welcomed in December.
Ree's blog post included several snapshots of the wedding shower festivities, and the Food Network star promised "more photos to come this week."

"The most amazing couples’ shower surrounded by the best people!" Paige wrote in the caption. "What a blessing it is to go through this wedding season with the love of my life 🤍🥹 so thankful for everyone with us along the way!"
Her fiancé commented on the post: "You couldn’t ask for a better weekend! I love you and I’m so excited for what’s to come!! ❤️."
Why Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond’s Daughter Paige Quit Her Corporate Job to Work on the Ranch
Paige announced her engagement on Instagram in August 2024, sharing a series of photos of the proposal, which appeared to take place by a pond. "I get to marry the love of my life! How is this real??" she wrote at the time. "God’s greatest gift to me and my person forever. I love you, David Andersen! I can’t wait to be your wife!!! 🤍🕊️🫶🏼☺️."
Weeks later, Paige shared a post featuring photos from a sunset couple's photo shoot with Andersen and revealed her wedding month. "May can’t come soon enough! Forever and ever, honey!" she captioned the post.
Paige offered more details about how the couple's love story unfolded in an entry on her mom's blog on Feb. 28. She wrote that she and Andersen were friends in college — while she attended Arkansas and he was a student at Oklahoma State — and also had a lot of mutual friends. They began dating in July 2023, a year after Paige graduated.
"We’d had a bunch of little hangouts, then we went to a nice steakhouse and he asked me to be his girlfriend!" Paige recalled.
Andersen met Paige's family for the first time in the fall of 2023 when they stayed at the Drummond's ranch in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, while in town for a concert. By Christmas that year, Ree made Andersen's status as part of the Drummond crew official by including him in the family tradition of matching pajamas for the holiday.
Paige then recalled in the blog entry how she caught the bouquet at a friend's wedding last summer and had a feeling her own bridal moment would be coming soon. "I’m pretty sure David already knew he was going to propose, but he kept his cool and was like, 'Oh, that’s funny,' " she wrote.

Sure enough, the proposal came in August, immediately followed by a family celebration at a local rooftop bar. "My mom chose the food and fun cocktails like ranch water. David’s mother, Heather, gets along really well with my mom — they text all the time," Paige noted.
The bride-to-be concluded her post by sharing a look at her and Andersen's future plans following their spring wedding.
"We’ve never lived in the same city; by the time David got to Dallas, I was working in Pawhuska. He is a construction engineer who oversees sites, and we’re leaning toward being in Dallas for a few years after the wedding," Paige revealed. "The [family] ranch is always going to be here. I think it’s where we want to end up long-term."
